A brainchild of Bickram Ghosh, the music label is a collaboration of Mr. Utsav Parekh, Financial Markets Guru; Mr. Mayank Jalan, Industrialist, Managing Director at Keventer Agro Ltd.; Mr. Gaurang Jalan, National Award Winner & Film Maker and Bickram Ghosh, Music maestro.
All four partners are lovers of music and have a strong desire to see the resurgence of endearing music in India. It is from this intrinsic passion and inherent belief, that they have married their strengths, and this Company has been formed. We hope that we will be able to gift our audiences music of great value in the coming years.

Maestro Bickram Ghosh is widely considered to be one of India’s greatest versatile artists. He is one of the rare artists who excels in three musical fields simultaneously. These are Indian Classical , Fusion and Film scoring .
Bickram has a formidable reputation as one of the world’s greatest classical tabla players. He has played on several Grammy nominated albums and one Grammy awarded album .He is also heralded for being one of the driving forces of experimental fusion music .Further , he is also an extremely successful film music director having scored for 48 feature films, one of which got him no less than an Oscar contention.
Rhythmscape, Bickram’s signature band performed at the Forum at Barcelona where the band shared the stage with Sting, Phil Collins, Norah Jones and Bob Dylan.
Bickram Ghosh was the brand ambassador for the Indian Election commission in 2011 in West Bengal.He has over 200 albums to his credit and his albums have won numerous awards .He has recently been awarded an honorary doctorate in music .
He is the receipient of the Banga Bhushan and Sangeet Maha Samman , highest honours from the state of West Bengal.He won the Uttam Kumar Samman , the highest state award for film scoring .He recently won the Filmfare award for his score for the film Avijatrik.
He composed and presented an extravaganza with 120 artists for the T20 World Cup finals in 2016.This year Bickram, along with Grammy winner Ricky Kej , composed for the prestigious Vande Bharatam project which was showcased with 500 dancers of the Republic Day Parade .
The son and disciple of the illustrious tabla maestro Pandit Shankar Ghosh Bickram also learnt the intricacies of Carnatic percussion from Vidwaan S.Sekhar.

Utsav Parekh is an Investment market Guru, with over 35 years of experience.
He is also a serial entrepreneur having interests in various enterprises like football (co-owner of the legendary ATK Mohun Bagan football club), he is also a co-promoter of Bengal Aerotropolis Projects Ltd (the first private airport near Durgapur in partnership with Changi Airport Singapore and the Govt. of West Bengal), besides business interests in Real Estate. He also runs many restaurants in Kolkata, at the Quest Mall, like Bombay Brasserie, Serafina etc.
He is also the Honorary Council General of the Czech Republic, in Kolkata.
As a great music lover,Utsav wants to support development of music in India.
Mayank Jalan
Industrialist
Mayank Jalan is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering in business finance from the University College, London and has completed certification courses in advanced mathematics, advanced physics and advanced economics. He has been associated with our Company for more than 18 years. He has served as the President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Calcutta in Fiscal 2020 and also chaired the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, West Bengal State Council.
He is also the co-chairperson of the CII National Committee on Food Processing and the CII National Committee on Fisheries, Animal Husbandary and Dairy Committee for the year 2022-2023. He has expertise in development of strategy and driving sales target for delivering overall growth of our Company. He was awarded the Hurun Next Gen Leader award in 2018 by Barclays, the visionary leader, Men of the Year award by Times in 2019, top 40 under 40 award by the Economic Times in 2019 and the CMA management excellence for being the emerging leader in the year 2016.
Gaurang Jalan

Gaurang Jalan is a graduate in B.A. (Hons) with History, Political Science and Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata,he pursued his Post Graduation interest in Behavioural Sciences – a subject close to heart from IIM(C). He has also done a stint at Sotheby’s Institute of Art ,Singapore, studying Art Valuation.
A National Award Winner himself, as Producer of movies, he has been associated with Gaurang Films which has produced Award winning films– Feature, Documentary & Short – in multiple Indian languages (Hindi, English, Bengali, Assamese, Oriya& Bhojpuri); besides representing the Cairo International Film Festival ,in India.
As an Art connoisseur, he is supporting noble causes through Jagriti Art Initiative – promoting Contemporary Modern Indian Art for charitable causes, and providing pro-active platform to emerging & established artists.
His other business interests including mining and logistics and is a member of various National and International Business Forums, like FICCI & CII.
